amazing stay!
friendly welcome quiet room nice decor
staff gave me a friendly welcome. the room faced the back, so i found it really quiet. the room and bathroom size felt good plus the decor was so nice. the location worked great for exploring!

The location puts you within a short walk of key attractions. it's only minutes from the beach and the pier, so exploring is easy. the royal pavilion and the lanes are about a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient.

noisy air-conditioning squeaky bed
The room was quite small, i must say. Maneuvering around wasn't the easiest. and the air conditioning unit? well, it was about as useful as a chocolate teapot, especially since it decided to be extra noisy. it did nothing to address the stuffiness in the room. the bed wasn't much better. Every move i made seemed to announce my presence to the entire floor with its incessant squeaking. seriously, a little oil would have worked wonders!

A charming getaway
clean room daily service complimentary items air conditioning
I stayed in the 'Gin Room' en suite and found it clean. Daily cleaning service with towel replacement was available if needed. Upon arrival, complimentary items included a bag of crisps and cake type biscuits. The air conditioning unit was a great feature. It compensated for some heat coming from the room below.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear quite a bit of noise at times. it was a very minor inconvenience.

The 'Gin Room' featured lovely wall art and aesthetic touches. A very large window brought in so much natural light into the space. The bed proved comfortable.

The room included tea and coffee facilities with nespresso machine coffee bags. A fridge was available. It provided convenient storage for milk and beverages. Electric blackout blinds provided complete darkness at night for better sleep.

high standard cleaning service small room thin walls
our room was decorated to a high standard. the ensuite bathroom was very nice. i also appreciated the daily cleaning service, towels were replaced as needed.
the room was a bit small for the price. the walls felt thin. i could hear everything that was happening outside.

during my stay , i noticed that the room's walls seemed quite thin. this resulted in sounds from other rooms being easily audible , potentially affecting the overall peacefulness.

small rail sliding items
the location was FANTASTIC. i especially appreciated the daily cleaning service.
the room felt quite cramped. there was no proper wardrobe, just a small rail with hangers, i found it insufficient for my needs. also, the bedside tables were small and things kept sliding off.
